Getting help
As a distance student, you are eligible to have library materials delivered to your home, at no cost to you. Use these forms to request items from the UFV Library's physical collections:
Books and videos will be delivered to your home by Canada Post or courier, with pre-paid return labels. Book chapters and articles will be sent by email.
To request items not available in the UFV Library's collections, use our interlibrary loan forms. Please note that DVDs and videos requested through interlibrary loan must be picked up in the library.
Not sure which form or service is right for you? Use our Requesting Library Materials Flowchart.
Be sure to review general information and policies on renewals, returning items, holds and transfers, overdue items, and paying fines. You must pay all outstanding library fines at the beginning of each semester in order to renew your library privileges.
