The asterisk (*) indicates that you will be asked to log in before you can fill in the request form; use your UFV ID number and library PIN to log in.
Faculty teaching exclusively online and not living in Abbotsford, Chilliwack or Mission may request to have physical items delivered by courier to their home address. Be sure to choose "Online Student/Faculty" as the pickup location on the request form.
Retired staff and faculty may continue to use interlibrary loan services. You must be registered as a current UFV Library borrower, and you must keep your email and mailing addresses up to date.
Many of our research databases allow you to request items directly from within the database. Look for the Full Text Finder link, then follow the prompts on the screen to request the item.
For current employees, the UFV Library subsidizes up to 100 filled requests per year; for retired employees, this limit is 10 requests per year. These limits may be adjusted on a case by case basis. If you feel they are inadequate, please contact us.
Additional requests, or requests not related to UFV employment or research, may be assessed a non-refundable fee of $10 per request, payable in advance.
