Use this form to request books, government publications, and other similar items owned by the UFV Library. For items not owned by the UFV Library, please use our interlibrary loan service.
Provide title, author, and call number for each item requested. You may request multiple items using this form. Requested information is available from our library catalogue; note that some items may also be available as an e-book.
Allow sufficient time for delivery (typically 5-7 days). Items will be sent via Canada Post "Library Book Rate"; a prepaid book rate return mail label is provided. Delivery is restricted to addresses within Canada.
Please Note: This service is limited to current students and employees who do not come to campus for classes or work at least once a week and who are unable to come to campus because of distance or disability.
