Request for Delivery of Article or Book Chapter

Use this form to request copies of articles from journals, magazines or newspapers and chapters from books (including reference books) that the UFV Library owns. For items not owned by the UFV Library, please use our interlibrary loan service.

Provide complete details for each item requested:

• Articles Include article title/author plus journal title, volume, issue, date of publication, and page numbers. Check the journals List first, as many of our journals, magazines and newspapers are also available online.
• Book chapters: Include chapter title/author plus book title, editor, date of publication, and page numbers. Check the library catalogue; the chapter you're looking for could be available online as part of our e-book collections.

You may request multiple items on the same form. Allow sufficient time for processing.

All scanning requests are evaluated for copyright compliance (generally 10% of the work or 1 article or chapter, whichever is greater).

Note: At this time, scanning chapters from books eligible for our Select & Collect service is limited to students and faculty who are physically unable to come to a UFV campus library because of distance or disability.
