Information for Libraries

Changes are coming! On April 1, UFV Library will be moving to Tipasa. If you are an OCLC library, please use your OCLC ILL system to make requests. If you are not an OCLC library, we'll update this page with instructions on how to submit requests to us.

For sites with an ILL management system:

• For Relais and other systems using Generic Script messaging, please configure your system settings to send requests to ill_gsm@ufv.ca
• For sites using ISO compliant systems that have tested with BCLF, please configure your system settings to send requests to ill_iso@ufv.ca. If your library uses an ISO compliant system but has not tested with BCLF, please contact us at ill@ufv.ca or (604) 864-4678.

Please adjust your settings as soon as possible.

For sites without an ILL management system:

You can submit your requests using our Library Request Form. In order to use the form, you must:

• Have registered with us (send an email to ill@ufv.ca); and
• Have received confirmation with your login/symbol and password.

If you have a Library and Archives Canada or OCLC symbol, we will use that as your login. Otherwise, we will create one for you to use.

Note: You must enter your symbol in UPPER CASE; the system is case sensitive. You can contact BCLF directly for more information.
